A03  No, it is not. The bowl may reach too high temperatures and it may discolour permanently or fade.

Q04  How long does it take for the heat sensitive bowl to discolour?

A04  It takes a few seconds to start discolouring, faster at high temperatures and slower when the temperature is near suitable. Be careful of hot spots when food was microwaved and then put in the bowl! The bowl will discolour uneavenly. The bowl will not discolour at all when the food is too cold.

Q05  Why do only some parts of my bowl discolour?

A05  The Heat Sensitive Bowl will only discolour when there is food in contact with that region. The colour changing crystals are distributed throughout the whole bowl.
