Q01  How should I clean my EZee-Temp?

A01  Wash in warm water using mild liquid soap and rinse.

A03  No, there is a liquid crystal disk in the nipple which is safe to use.

A04  100% Food grade silicone is perfectly safe to use.

Q05  How accurate is the thermometer?

A05  If EZee-Temp reads 37°C or higher, a fever is indicated. A green liquid crystal number shows the exact temperature, a blue number indicates that the temperature is 0.5°C above the number being read and a tan number indicates that the temperature is 0.5°C below the number being read. If two numbers are lit, the correct temperature is between them.

Q06  Why doesn't EZee-Temp always read my baby's temperature?

A06  The liquid crystals will not colour up if your baby is cold or doesn't have a fever. EZee-Temp's disk indicates 37°C, 38°C & 39°C. Colour changes will also indicate 36.5°C to 39.5°C. EZee-Temp won't read any temperature and thus cannot be used for other purposes.
